Dr. Usha Brandon – Founder & CEO
Dr. Brandon, the visionary behind Felix Leadership Academy, serves as both the Founder and CEO. With a passion for empowering individuals to reach their leadership potential, Dr. Brandon brings a wealth of experience and insight to the academy. As an instructor, Dr. Brandon blends real-world expertise with innovative teaching strategies to inspire and guide leaders.
Dr. Kristine Tolman – Instructor
Dr. Kristine Tolman, with over 20 years in leadership and faculty development, specializes in adult learning and organizational leadership at Felix Leadership Academy. She holds a PhD in Adult, Professional, and Community Education and is a certified transformation coach. Dr. Tolman emphasizes the importance of recognizing the humanity within organizations, advocating for cultures that encourage personal growth and performance while supporting human needs. She believes that fostering healthy expectations, meaningful relationships, and development opportunities leads to thriving leaders and improved organizational outcomes.
