Felix Leadership Academy is growing, and we are looking for a charismatic, high-energy Training Facilitator to join our team on a contract basis. We specialize in bespoke leadership workshops, performance coaching, and professional development programs that make a real impact.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

  • Deliver Engaging Training: Lead virtual and in-person leadership workshops, team-building sessions, and professional development programs tailored for various organizational levels.
  • Foster Dynamic Learning: Create an inclusive, highly interactive, and energetic atmosphere that encourages participation and adult learning principles.
  • Customize Content: Adapt existing curriculum to fit specific client needs, industries, and organizational goals.
  • Represent Our Brand: Deliver high-quality training that aligns with Felix Leadership Academy’s reputation for excellence and ROI.
  • Post-Session Reporting: Provide feedback and reports on workshop effectiveness to client stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in corporate training, professional development, or leadership coaching.
  • Facilitation Skills: Proven ability to facilitate interactive sessions (virtual via Zoom/Teams and/or in-person).
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Thorough understanding of leadership principles, communication skills, emotional intelligence, or team dynamics.
  • Client Management: Ability to represent Felix Leadership Academy professionally and manage high-level client expectations.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in presentation tools (PowerPoint, Miro, Canva, Zoom).

Compensation & Perks

This is a high-reward, part-time contractor position.

  • Percentage-Based Pay: You will be paid a generous percentage of the revenue generated per client project, allowing you to earn a high hourly rate based on your performance and client value.
