• • What we do: We’ll provide an overview of our services and schedule an initial consultation. 

 

Step 2: Consultation 

• • What happens? Discuss your goals, challenges, and how we can help. 

• • Consultation Fee: US$150 (non-refundable but credited toward your program). 

• • How to pay: Secure online payment via credit/debit card or bank transfer. 

 

Step 3: Customized Proposal 

• • What happens? After the consultation, we’ll create a tailored proposal outlining the recommended program, timeline, and costs.

• • What you’ll receive: A clear breakdown of services, deliverables, and next steps.

 

Step 4: Agreement & Payment 

• • What happens? Once you approve the proposal, we’ll send you an agreement to review and sign.

• • Payment process: A deposit is required to secure your spot in the program. The remaining balance can be paid in installments or as a lump sum, depending on your preference.

 

Step 5: Program Kickoff 

• • What happens? After the agreement is signed and payment is confirmed, we’ll schedule your first session and officially begin the program.

• • What you’ll receive: Access to all program materials, resources, and ongoing support from our team.

Q: Is the consultation fee refundable? 

A: The consultation fee is non-refundable but will be credited toward your program if you decide to proceed.

Q: Can I reschedule my consultation?
