Some say leaders are born anew,
While some are crafted through.
Which path do you pursue?
Is greatness waiting inside you?
Lead whenever you find your place,
Guide with a steady grace.
Greatness blooms where you embrace,
No matter the trials you face.
Take the lead and roll up your sleeve.
Plant a seed and trust and believe.
You can achieve the impossible,
Even when it seems implausible.
In the heart’s chamber, the answers reside,
A compass of truth, where dreams abide.
Be true to yourself, let authenticity guide,
For in every soul, a leader waits to stride.
Footnote: This poem explores the timeless debate of whether leadership is an innate quality or a skill cultivated through experience and effort. It emphasizes the importance of self-discovery, authenticity, and resilience in embracing one’s potential as a leader. The verses encourage readers to find their unique path, nurture their abilities, and lead with integrity and grace, regardless of the challenges they may encounter.
